Mission Broadcast docs¶
Mission Broadcast is a missionary email list, public archive, and end-of-mission letter book, all in one.
This site is for the family member or friend who runs a missionary's site — the account holder, the parent at home, the manager helping out. If you sit down at https://missionbroadcast.com and aren't sure what to do next, you're in the right place.
Get oriented¶
-
First-time setup: claim the account, add subscribers, send your first letter, watch what arrives.
-
Use your own domain name (like
elderpehrson.com) instead of the path URL we give you for free. Three short DNS steps at your registrar. -
What's free, what costs $5/month, and when (or whether) to upgrade. Includes the family discount and the upfront-mission option.
-
How to ask for help — from the in-app feedback widget to the domain-stuck escape hatch with one-click DNS diagnostics.
In-product help that links here¶
A few places inside the app open this site in a new tab:
- The Stuck? Ask for help affordance on the Domain Setup page (when setup has been pending for over 30 minutes) → Troubleshooting → domains.
- The drift alert email we send if a previously-working DNS record stops resolving → DNS drift alerts.
- The Plans card on the Billing page → Plans & pricing.
What's not here¶
- The missionary's letters — those live in the public archive (link is on every missionary's dashboard).
- Internal architecture, Firestore schema, and operator runbooks — those live in source-repo READMEs and the GitHub docs folder.
